Stichting Environment and Fundamental Rights (SEFR) is a non-profit organisation. The purpose of this foundation is to represent the interests of – and obtain justice for – parties who have suffered, or are at risk of suffering, damages as a result of events that negatively impact the environment, living conditions, working conditions, or human rights.

SEFR will, among other things, conduct negotiations with, and act in legal proceedings against, companies that are liable for the damage.
